Alexandra Cumberland, Project Assistant
Alexandra was raised in a democratic household with mixed-cultured influences from a Chinese mother and Texan father. She is energetically passionate about embracing diversity and connecting people through storytelling. As a product of two distinct worlds, promoting equality is integral to her character.
After being exposed to the devastating effects of hazing, Alexandra has become an activist. She deeply feels the need to leave this world a better place, to honor the memory of her brother and give a voice to so many who are afraid to speak up for themselves.
Prior to joining Ellwanger Law, Alexandra worked in the renewable energy and private equity space as a Financial Analyst with Prisma Energy Services LLC in Houston, TX. She previously worked as a summer analyst on the renewables portfolio team at GE Energy Financial Services in 2017 and as an intern with First Solar in 2015. In addition to her experience in green energy, Alexandra worked as a project assistant at DiNovo Price Ellwanger & Hardy LLP while pursuing her undergraduate degree.
Alexandra holds a BBA in Finance and minor in Marketing from The University of Texas at Austin. She plans to attend law school in the near future, with the goal of creating positive, lasting change.
