Lydia Tsao, Law Clerk
Lydia is a graduate of Georgetown Law, and will sit for the bar examination in July 2020. She is passionate about civil rights law and access to justice. During law school, she was a McCleary Law Fellow at the Human Rights Campaign working on issues regarding LGBTQ+ equality. She is currently an editor of the Georgetown Journal of Gender and the Law. She is also a student-attorney at the Civil Rights Clinic at Georgetown. Before law school, Lydia majored in Psychology at The University of Texas at Austin. As an undergraduate, she interned with the Gender and Sexuality Center and organized the first-ever Queer Prom on campus.
